Pisco Sour


It was created in 1920 by the owner of a bar in Lima (Morris Bar), extended its fame for the high fields of the city. Since 1988 the Pisco sour is considered “Cultural Heritage of the Nation” that’s why every 1 st Saturday of May the “Pisco sour day” is celebrated.

Ingredients:
  • 3 ounces of Pisco La Torre
  • 1 ounce of lemon
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ounce of simple syrup
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 drop of angostura bitter

Preparation:

In a cocktail shaker, add the metrics indicated by Pisco La Torre, ice, lemon, simple syrup and egg white, shake for a minute and serve. We add a drop of angostura bitter and enjoy.
