Pisco Punch


This cocktail is elaborated based on a Pisco that has its origin far from Peru, precisely in the USA. Duncan Nicole created it in the famous bar Bank Exchange in the end of the XIXth century, in the city of San Francisco. Today, more than one century later, this cocktail is one of the most famous drinks elaborated with Peruvian Pisco.

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces of Pisco La Torre
  • 100 gr of pineapple cubes
  • ¾ of simple syrup
  • 2 ounces of pineapple juice
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 3 ice cubes

Preparación

Colocamos en una copa punch el hielo, añadimos el jarabe de goma, junto con el agua de piña, el zumo de medio limón, los cubos de piña y el Pisco La Torre. Remover suavemente y servir. Si gusta lo adorna con cerezas o una rodaja de piña.
